Abstract In this paper, we obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for oscillation of a fourth order dynamic equation on time scales with deviating arguments. We discuss the oscillation behavior of solutions for strongly superlinear and strongly sublinear cases of the dynamic equation at hand. Our results unify and improve some known results for dynamic equations on time scales.
