Histopathological examination of the liver and kidney of dogs, following the administration of atropinetiletamine-zolazepam combination alone and with xylazine was carried out. Histopathological examination of liver revealed cloudy swelling and mild fatty changes and kidney revealed cystic dilation of the renal tubules along with focal areas of nephrosis.
