Diabetes mellitus (DM) is refered to the socially signifi cant diseases. It is characterized by a high percentage of violations of disability in young adults and the high percentage of disability, mortality in other age groups. Dyslipidemia presents in all age groups in patients with diabetes, which is why in these patients is necessary to determine the lipid profi le. In 70 patients with onset type 1 diabetes, type 2 and MODY 2 under the age of 25 years were determined lipid profi le: total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and triglycerides. Statistically signifi cant differences were not received at one indicator of lipid profi le between patients with type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes and MODY 2.
