Highlights Surrounding en bloc TURBT combining simultaneous intravesical chemotherapy might decrease recurrent rate in intermediate-term. Surrounding en bloc TURBT can be completed with general bipolar electrode loop. Simultaneous intravesical chemotherapy might increase efficacy and compromise uncomfortability of agents Surrounding en bloc TURBT can be completed with general bipolar electrode loop. The novel technique is feasible and safe for patients with NMIBC.
