In order to improve the earthquake information service capability of the provincial network and realize the automatic and intelligent output and release of earthquake information, this project develops a software system named “seismic network intelligence service platform” . This platform realizes the automatic reception, automatic screening and automatic release of earthquake information, personalized customized service of earthquake information on time and on demand, and produces abundant earthquake science products. It provides a solid guarantee for the emergency decision-making and response of the provincial earthquake agency and an effective support for the subsequent disposal of governments at all levels.
