We present two pediatric cases of umbilical ectopic gastrointestinal tissue with coexistent Meckel's diverticulum. This case report emphasizes the importance of surgical abdominal exploration in pediatric cases with suspected or diagnosed umbilical ectopic gastrointestinal tissue, to rule out coexistent remnants of the omphalomesenteric duct and to prevent further complications.
