Kabuki syndrome (KS) is a rare syndrome characterized by multiple congenital anomalies and mental retardation. ). As far as we know, there are not many reported KS cases in Turkish children. In this article we present an 11-year 9-month old KS case with autistic symptoms. The aim of this article is to explain the neuropsychiatric signs of the case along with the physical anomalies and help recognize that this syndrome may not be as rare are previously thought at child psychiatry clinics.
