Abstract Primary gastrointestinal T‐cell lymphomas are rare. Presenting symptoms can be non‐specific, and imaging studies can show overlap with nonmalignant processes. Definitive diagnosis requires clinical suspicion and histologic evaluation with ancillary studies for appropriate disease classification and therapeutic intervention.
