Deskripsi

Infected giant coronary artery aneurysm is a very rare complication of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). We report a patient with giant mycotic right coronary artery aneurysm after primary PCI, who underwent early surgical intervention with extraction of the infected stent, debridement and distal vessel revascularization to prevent aneurysm rupture and myocardial compromise.
