The purpose of this paper is to identify factors financial affecting investment decisions of individual investors in HCM City by using the Binary Losgictis model and to suggest some suggestions for home investors individual investors and businesses. The data for the research is from the survey of 190 individual investors by questionnaires at Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange in 2011. The main finding are that dividend rate has the greatest influence investment decisions of individual investors. After that are earnings expectations, dividend policy, par value shares.
