Abstract Cutaneous plasmacytosis could precede the development of idiopathic multicentric Castleman’s disease (iMCD). If a patient is diagnosed with cutaneous plasmacytosis without systemic manifestations, clinicians should carefully follow up with the patient keeping in mind the potential for the development of iMCD.
