In the Internet age, information inflation, sudden growth of visual and various arts, technologically advanced communication forms, the new challenges pertaining to establishment of a borderline level of works are emerging with regard to copyright. On the other hand, the issue regarding indication of necessary features of a piece of work based on a traditional dogmatic method is still unsolved. For this reason, the article deals with an attempt to form a methodological framework aimed at naturalization of copyright, and this is in the light of an assumption according to which normative features of a piece of work: creativity and individualism, can be interpreted by means of contemporary scientific knowledge.
