<p>Problema stimulării productivităţii în avicultură, pentru asigurarea consumatorilor cu alimente de înaltă calitate, <br />devine din ce în ce mai stringentă la nivel mondial. Studiul a avut drept scop evaluarea efectelor remediului BioR <br />asupra indicilor marker ai peroxidării lipidelor (PLO) şi ai sistemului antioxidant (SAO) la prepeliţele adulte crescute în <br />condiţii fiziologice de producţie. Studiul a fost realizat pe 5 loturi de prepeliţe. Remediul BioR a fost administrat de <br />două ori: la începutul studiului şi la 7-10 zile după prima administrare, în doze diferite. S-a constatat că administrarea <br />remediului BioR determină îmbunătăţirea indicilor sistemului PLO - SAO şi activitatea majorităţii indicilor evaluaţi <br />depinde direct sau indirect de doza utilizată, momente ce trebuie să fie luate în considerare atunci când se alege doza <br />optimă a remediului.</p><p><strong>THE IMPACT OF THE BioR REMEDY ON THE PARAMETERS </strong><br /><strong>OF THE PRO-OXIDANT (OXIDANT)-ANTIOXIDANT SYSTEM IN ADULT QUAILS</strong></p><p>The problem of aviculture productivity stimulation in order to ensure consumers with high quality food is becoming <br />increasingly stringent worldwide. The study aimed to assess the effects of the BioR remedy on the marker indices of <br />lipid peroxidation (LPO) and antioxidant system (AOS) in adult quails bred under physiological production conditions. <br />The research was conducted on 5 lots of quails. The BioR remedy was administered twice: at the beginning of the study, <br />and at the 7-10th day after the first administration, in different doses. It was found that the BioR remedy administration <br />leads to the improvement of POL-SAO system indices, and the level or activity of the most evaluated indices depended <br />directly or indirectly on the used dose, which must be taken into account when selecting the optimal dose of the remedy.</p>
