<p><em>T</em><em>he purpose of this research is to analyze</em> <em>the</em> <em>a</em><em>ffect of market orientation and human resources competence to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction in Rumah Sakit Islam Malang. </em><em>The </em><em>analysis tool in this research </em><em>uses</em><em> partial least square (PLS).
