Success of entrepreneurial entreprises in Vietnam. Evidences from a service company and a manufacturing company

In Vietnam, entrepreneurial business is increasing more, but few businesses exist after starting businesses. This causes the country and people’s waste of resources. This study explores the success factors of entrepreneurs by studying two typical cases, one travel service company and one paint manufacturing company, and then draws practical lessons from them. The study results find out 5 groups of factors affecting the success of entrepreneurial companies in Vietnam, such as Entrepreneurs’ management capabilities; Entrepreneurs’ skills; support from family and friends; The support from society and Business activities. The research results suggest managerial implications for companies operating in specific activities to be suitable for the entrepreneurial context in Vietnam. It is also a reference document for establishing entrepreneurial companies in Vietnam, individuals who intend to start a business as well as researchers of this field.
