The involvement of the central nervous system in COVID-19 is now widely known. Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) as a presentation of COVID-19 is sparse. We would like to present clinical and radiological features of a COVID-19 adult patient and evocative of virus-associated ADEM. During the early stages of the COVID-19 epidemic, the patient succumbs to his illness despite all available treatments.
