In this paper we consider a pair of second order dynamic equations defined on the time scale $I = [a,c]cup [sigma(c),b]$. We impose matching interface conditions at the singular interface $c$. We prove a theorem regarding the relationship between the number of eigenvalues and zeros of the corresponding eigenfunctions.
