Risks are diversified and complicated in transport construction projects. There are sequence and cumulative relations between the risks. This paper aims to provide a check list of the risks in its relation and scheme. Research study of the paper isqualitative analysis, description statistic, and system dynamic approach. The check list and sequence relations of risks which is investigated and built in the paper would be useful for risk management as well as futher study.
