This paper summarized the nursing measure for a case of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis treated by Du-mai moxibustion. The treatment plan was made based on the syndrome differentiation, and nursing evaluation, standard procedure of Du-mai moxibustion and related operation cautions, routine nursing measured were carried out.
