In this article, we study the representation of generalized loop planar Galilean conformal algebra <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><mi>W</mi><mo>(</mo><mi>Γ</mi><mo>)</mo></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula>; we will determine the Harish-Chandra modules, Verma modules, Whittaker modules, and <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><mi>U</mi><mo>(</mo><mi>h</mi><mo>)</mo></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula>-free modules of <inline-formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><semantics><mrow><mi>W</mi><mo>(</mo><mi>Γ</mi><mo>)</mo></mrow></semantics></math></inline-formula>.
