Performance evaluation of fresh agricultural products public distribution system includes evaluation index and evaluation method. The distribution system is a strategic organization, the Balanced ScoreCard method should be used for index design, and the evaluation indexes include distribution enterprises, distribution centers and alliances. For the evaluation method, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining qualitative and quantitative methods is selected. Scientific evaluation mechanism provides the basis for the development strategy of distribution system.
