Deskripsi
Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) is characterized by fever, hemorrhage, renal impairment, and thrombocytopenia. Hemodialysis is an effective method to rescue the patients suffering from a renal failure or impairment. Meanwhile, a higher risk for venous thromboembolism in the period of HFRS indicates that attention should be pay to the prevention of thrombosis during the HFRS treatment. Here, we reported three cases of HFRS with suffered renal failure and received hemodialysis. The ultrasound showed that embolism was formed on the front wall of the venous catheter during the patients were receiving hemodialysis. Therefore, the risk of thrombosis should be seriously concerned during the hemodialysis of HFRS because of the occurrence of venous thromboembolism.
